Summary: This was an incredible experience for both me and my 11 year-old son! While I learned about the agriculture of the island and delicious classic recipes (that are surprisingly easy to duplicate at home), my son sliced and fried plantains with Nicole‘s daughter and nephew. Her home is both energetically and visually stunning. One of the top memories from our vacation! Highly recommend and would do again if I returned.

Summary: We knew that we would enjoy Nicole's class, however we underestimated just how much we would enjoy it. When she says that it's an "experience", she's 100% accurate. Nicole has an innate gift for seeing where each individual excels and where they need a bit more guidance. From the very start of the experience, she made the group feel welcome and comfortable. We laughed, we learned, and we grew around Nicole's table. She even got my husband to like cabbage!!! We would highly recommend Nicole's Table to anyone visiting Antigua. P.S. Don't skip the rum punch... it's amazing!

Summary: Nicole's Table was a wonderful time! My wife and I booked the seafood class and after a short taxi ride to her home, we were given a booklet of several recipes that us and the others would be creating together. It was really a group effort, as the 8 of us on the excursion were led by Nicole to create a delicious group feast. I would 100% recommend this excursion to anyone who wants to have an authentic cooking experience and she will make sure that it will fit any dietary restrictions or needs as well. We will recommend this excursion for anyone going to Antigua.
